The Strorm Ledger
1. Mission Overview
Rumors persisted of a private retreat on Black Rock Isle belonging to a deceased "deviant" archivist who served as a secret tithe-collector for the District Council. My mission was to infiltrate the estate and locate a hidden cache of physical documents—rumored to be the private correspondence and financial records of Joseph Strorm.

2. Infiltration & Discovery
The island is naturally fortified by jagged reefs and a permanent mist-shroud (likely residual chemical interference). Upon breaching the archivist’s study, I located a false floor beneath a heavy "Great Error" era mahogany desk.

Inside was a lead-lined lockbox containing hand-written ledgers and photographic plates. Unlike the digital Alpha-9 unit, these are tactile, undeniable physical proofs.

3. The Content: "The Strorm Hypocrisy"
Initial skimming of the documents reveals a pattern of depravity that contradicts every sermon Joseph Strorm has ever delivered:

The Hidden Tithe: Records show Strorm redirected "Purity Levies" (confiscated from families with "deviant" offspring) into private offshore accounts and luxury goods smuggled from the south.

The Biological Cover-up: Most disturbingly, the ledger contains a birth record for a "Minor Deviation" born to a close relative of Strorm. Instead of being "sent to the Fringes," the child was reportedly moved to a private facility funded by the archivist. This follows a pattern of nepotism and self-serving, narcissistic & ego-driven leadership that clings to power by intimidation and blame shifting.

The Blackmail Network: Strorm used the archivist to track the "indiscretions" of other Council members, ensuring his absolute grip on power through fear of exposure. These compromised Council members know that their only hope of avoiding exposure and facing accountability is to help Strorm stay in power.

4. The Escape
The island’s security was not human. I encountered an automated coastal defense turret that remains operational. I had to navigate the shoreline under heavy suppressing fire. I sustained minor shrapnel damage to my field jacket, but the lockbox remains sealed and intact.

5. Recommendations
Immediate: These documents are currently being scanned and duplicated at three separate WLS safehouses.

Strategy: We cannot release this all at once. If we do, the Council will declare it "Deviant Forgery" and burn the Library. We must leak the financial ledgers first to stir civil unrest, then drop the personal revelations when Strorm is most vulnerable.

Warning: Strorm is clearly more dangerous than we realized. He isn't just a fanatic; he’s a strategist protecting a legacy of rot.
